Voltage control where it now matters most
Compliance is increasingly measured at the customer’s meter, not the substation. That makes voltage control on the secondary network materially more valuable. Pacific Volt regulators can dynamically raise or lower voltage where needed along an LV line to help keep service to each customer in compliance. Secondary-side voltage control can also reduce how often MV load tap changers need to respond, supporting asset longevity and smoother operations.

EV load, rooftop solar, and shifting power flows add pressure to low-voltage lines for reliability and customer outcomes. Pacific Volt builds sub-cycle, rugged AC regulators. Delivering reliable phase-balanced voltage within a tightly specified range.
Built for a bidirectional, DER-heavy future. Distributed energy resources introduce two-way power flows and faster voltage variation on LV networks.
Pacific Volt regulators are designed for bi-directional operation and can be used within the smart grid management system you choose, or configured to run unattended for long periods. Pacific Volt units can be installed to operate independently, or tied to data or control systems. This gives utilities flexibility to modernise while keeping a clear handle on connectivity and operational risk.
